Christopher Coachman arrested in death of Williamsbridge woman Alexis Beck

An arrest has been made in the death of a Williamsbridge woman that police first deemed suspicious, but are now calling a homicide.  According to authorities, 48-year-old Alexis Beck was found unconscious

An arrest has been made in the death of a Williamsbridge woman that police first deemed suspicious, but are now calling a homicide. 
According to authorities, 48-year-old Alexis Beck was found unconscious and unresponsive in an apartment at 723 East 223rd St. Sunday night. 
They say 50-year-old Christopher Coachman, who lives where the victim was found, is now facing murder and strangulation charges. 
Beck lived close by in the vicinity of Holland Avenue and East 211th Street.
