Citi Bike has proposed adding 6,000 bikes to its fleet in a move that would bring the program to the Bronx.
Two-thirds of the proposed 6,000 bikes would be put in the Bronx and Staten Island.
Staten Island and the Bronx are the only boroughs without Citi Bike.
