City pays settlement of $125K in NYPD shooting of Delrawn Small

New York City paid $125,000 to the girlfriend of Delrawn Small after he was shot and killed by an off-duty NYPD officer.
Small was killed in 2016 by officer Wayne Isaacs in East New York.
Issacs was cleared of murder and manslaughter charges at trial in Brooklyn Supreme Court.
The city's law department says the settlement was in the best interest of the city.
