A new report is breaking down the number of complaints about NYPD officers overstepping their authority.
According to the Civilian Complaint Review Board, stop-and-frisk received the highest number of complaints, followed by excessive use of force. 
The Bronx came in second for filing the most complaints, with 40 open cases. Brooklyn was first with 73 total complaints. 
When broken down by precincts within the borough, the 41st, 40th and 46th precincts had the most issues about cops.
