Thursday will bring the return of high 80 and low 90-degree weather, along with increasing humidity. Temperatures could feel closer to the middle 90s. Friday is when dangerous and unbearable heat returns to our borough.
A heat advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service due to how intense and awful the heat will feel, and how easy it could be to have heat-related health problems. Be sure to check on those more sensitive to heat - babies, pets, and elderly friends and family members.
The weekend starts on the hot side then improves a bit for Sunday. Saturday has a chance of some rain and storms, with rain chances increasing heading into Sunday.
