The Bronx community says they are outraged by the shooting of a teenager Tuesday. They rallied in Wakefield Wednesday to denounce gun violence. 
Bronx Rising Against Gun Violence organized the rally. News 12’s Carolyn Blackburne spoke to residents who say their message is clear that violence will not be tolerated.
