A community walk was held in Brooklyn on Sunday to mark the 100 days since the taking of 250 hostages in the Oct. 7 attack on Israel by Hamas.

The walk down Avenue R and Ocean Parkway was organized by the Brooklyn Jewish community.

According to the Associated Press, 110 of the 250 hostages have since been released. An estimated 132 are still in captivity.

Supporters are aiming to send a message of solidarity and resilience as well as a call to action for the immediate release of all the hostages.

"We're here to save people, we're here to save our people and to demonstrate that they must be saved," says demonstrator Maurice Harary.
