The mother suspected of drowning her three kids in Coney Island is expected in court Wednesday.
The Brooklyn District Attorney's Office says Erin Merdy, 30, is facing charges and is set for a conference hearing before the Kings County Court.
Merdy's three kids, who were 7 years old, 4 years old and 3 months old, were all found dead on Coney Island beach on Sept. 12, 2022.
The incident occurred around 1 a.m. when a family member called police expressing concern for the safety of the three children.
