For many Puerto Rican’s around the world, nothing says Christmas sweeter than a little coquito – which is why a few experts put their recipes to the test during an annual competition at the Bronx Museum of the Arts. 

Dozens showed up to get a taste of some of the best coquito from district winners across the state.

The final round of the competition was judged by contemporary visual artist Angel Otero.
