All right. Well, let's give you a check of your weather. Now with storm watch team, meteorologist, Alan. No, Alan, you would tell me a little bit about how I should plan out my weekend. What are we working with this week? Oh, yeah, it's going to be a 5050 weekend. And unfortunately that a negative side of the 5050 might be a biggie. But before we get to that, let's continue to talk about this cold because it's that December cold that out the door this morning this morning, you felt it tomorrow morning especially. You will want that winter jack. It'll actually be near freezing for northern parts of our borough. 32 for Riverdale. A bit milder. The farther south you go. So th 35 City Island, 37. But hat and scarf. I would recommend that for tomorrow morning and into the afternoon, the clouds will keep us chilly all day long. Honestly, me, we might touch that 40 degree mark briefly there at around two or three o'clock. But most of the day will be in the thirties. Should generally be dry. Can't roll out an isolated Sprinkle, but we have a chance for a couple of snowflakes heading into Hanukkah, especially during the afternoon and evening as the sun sets, a couple of flakes are possible. Again, it's not gonna stick, it's just going to add to the festive feel here into the evening hours, it'll still stay chilly. And then the weekend ahead, this is where it's going to be a potential problem. We have an area of low pressure, warm air ahead of it. So Saturday is actually going to be pretty nice. But on Sunday, there's going to be plenty of moisture and rain and the possibility of a couple of thunderstorm are out there. That's why I got that yellow highlight on the 10 day forecast. Those high temperatures well into the sixties, in fact, but it's not a day where you want to spend time outdoors as it stands now. Ok. Is it going to be an all day storm? We're expecting, we're still working out the details on that. Today's Tuesday. This is for Sunday, but the potential is there for the second half of the day, especially for significant rain. Ok. Let's take a look outside through a community camera overlooking Stanford. We see those clouds moving in. Let's get an update on your forecast with meteorologist Jonathan Cuban John. Hey, what's going on, Becky? Now, listen, we're going to work with this chill over the next couple of days. Thirds is going to be the coldest day. You're going to need those hand warmers for sure as you're stepping out the door with it, feeling like the twenties for a lot of us to open up that morning and then we're going to see a nice warm up heading into the weekend, but unfortunately, it does come a little bit of some rain and we could see some strong damaging winds for your Sunday. We're gonna wait through the rest of this afternoon. Numbers well into the thirties, maybe a 40 degree reading here here or there, but notice it's mainly gray. A lot of cloud cover won't rule out a poke of some sunshine for some spots. But again, most of that bright sky that we saw was earlier this morning. We fast forward into tonight, still sitting pretty quiet, but it's gonna be a little bit more on the chillier side and a touch colder as stepping out the door for your tomorrow morning numbers, upper twenties, lower thirties. That's what it'll feel like with just a little bit of some wind and then we'll try to get into some clearing for your tomorrow evening and into your tomorrow night. And that's gonna open door for some colder air to start off your Thursday again. Thursday is gonna be the coldest day from start to finish daytime highs. It's not making it out of the thirties. 34 for Redding, 36 for West 37 from Greenwich all the way up to Bridgeport. And again, that looks like it's gonna be the best that we do. We fast forward into your weekend Saturday again, we're gonna watch the system pushing in from west to east as this front really is gonna push out that clear sky, which we're gonna really work with for your Saturday. Saturday looks a little bit better than last week. Last Friday wasn't too bad. Right. We had those milder temperatures but it was very gray. We're gonna work with sunshine for this, this weekend, at least for the first half before we're gonna find clouds fill in late Saturday night into your sun. And then yes, we're watching some rain as we're pushing into the later part of your Sunday morning for right now. Timing, of course, can definitely, you know, move out and about, we can give things maybe an hour or two early or later as we're pushing forward into again the late morning. So do expect that if you do have plans for the second half of the week and that commute home back into the area as we can see, steady to heavy rain, really picking up into your Sunday night. Not to mention some strong damaging winds. Uh, again, could cause for a little bit of some tricky travel. A hyperlocal planet for White Plains going from the low forties this afternoon to early this evening, gradually through the thirties. Let's head to the map right now and talk about where we go from here really as we go into tonight and over the next couple of days. So tonight we'll stay kind of mostly cloudy all throughout the Hudson Valley. Temperatures will bottom out into early tomorrow morning in the upper twenties and low thirties. It'll be a night. You want the winter coat, the gloves and the hat, all of that. Now, tomorrow there can be a spotty flurry at any point in the morning into the early afternoon. Temperatures again, close to around 40 degrees all throughout the Hudson Valley. Any little snowflake activity you see will not be anything significant, but you could just see a few of those in the sky. 42 was where the high has been today but dressed warmly. It's chilly this afternoon, of course, turning colder later on tonight with lows after midnight in the upper twenties to low thirties. Here's the extended 10 day tomorrow and Thursday still chilly right around 40 degrees each day could have a flurry in spots but a lot of dry time as well. Friday. Sunning clouds a bit warmer. Upper forties, fifties over the weekend, Saturday is still the pick of the week before some rain and breezy conditions move in on Sunday next week. Looking dry Monday through Thursday with highs in the forties.

I'm meteorologist Rich Hoffman. You're a hyper local weather forecast, heading throughout the rest of our day. We do have the cloudy skies with us. A temperature around 44 degrees for the high and then this evening going out for dinner, you're looking at temperatures in the low forties and then by tomorrow morning, mostly cloudy skies, temperature around 32 degrees. Waking up on your Wednesday morning, there is a slight chance of a Sprinkle or a flurry overnight as war warm air comes in from the west. So you're seeing the clouds here and some moisture we have what we call an Alberta Clipper kind of screaming on by here and it's gonna go to the south and there's gonna be some clouds. And as it moves south of Long Island, there will be the chance overnight of a quick little rain, snow shower or Sprinkle or flurry overnight into the first part of our Wednesday hour by hour, the rest of today, 42 degrees five o'clock in Bay Shore at 38 at 8 p.m. There's the clouds and again, slight chance of a Sprinkle of flurry into your Wednesday morning. You can see here on our weather maps. Then by Wednesday afternoon, mostly cloudy skies and Wednesday has a chill to the air. A high of only 41 and there will be a slight chance even Wednesday afternoon of a quick little rain or snow shower. You see that right here at around five 45 with temperatures in the thirties. Another reinforcing shot of cold air coming in towards Thursday morning, temperatures are going to be in the upper twenties and low thirties. Then mostly cloudy skies, Thursday afternoon, a slight chance of a quick little Sprinkle moving on through and then the warm air comes in going towards your weekend and wet. Here you go Sunday. This is towards Sunday evening. It's raining. There could be some moderate to heavy rain, Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening and some strong gusty winds. We could be looking at Sunday afternoon with winds gusting near 40 MPH. So we need to be weather aware for that Sunday time frame a high near 44 today with mostly cloudy skies thirties tonight, mostly cloudy chance of a rain or snow shower through tomorrow. Cold disorder of Hanukkah. And there's the rain Sunday into Monday morning.

Today's weather looks good. Another calm day Hoboken, you'll notice temperatures into the forties. Much more seasonal feel. The clouds also passing and not much expected as far as things coming out from the sky that will change come tomorrow with some windswept flurries also heading into Thursday as well, but significant sharp cold front with the potential for some widespread rain. Late Sunday is also on tap for us this week, gust forecast tomorrow look like this out of the north. That's going to continue to filter in that colder drier air across the region for tomorrow at times, gusting upwards of 2030 mile per hour range. It's just going to add on to that cold feel, especially for Thursday morning. Some clouds right now, that's what we're noticing and far off to our west. We're tracking this system here that's bringing a lot of snow across Pittsburgh, eventually our neighbors in Pennsylvania and that will be adding on to the woods, swept flurries for tomorrow. Wednesday. As far as today goes, it's nice. It's calm, the potential for the flurry start up as early as six o'clock in the morning. Feels like temperatures dropping down to the twenties, you need all the layers, it will feel significantly colder tomorrow. Waking up as we progress throughout the day, we'll notice a mixture of sun and clouds, more clouds than sun and the temperature staying stuck in the forties. The potential for a Sprinkle is also there Wednesday afternoon. We clear out nicely heading Thursday. We get a repeat and do over. I think this day is a bit more likely for us to notice those snowflakes lingering about with a seasonal feel and that festive look overall tying in that colder air along with that look as well.
