Costco recalls Kool-Aid mix that may contain small metal or glass pieces
If you have any Kool-Aid in your kitchen pantries, officials are warning that you should throw it straight in the trash.
Costco has been contacting members who recently purchased Kool-Aid Tropical Punch Mix to warn them of the potential presence of foreign material, specifically very small pieces of metal or glass.
The recall, issued by KraftHeinz and the FDA, targets the 82.5-ounce Tropical Punch Mix, or Item #95740, with “best when used by dates” of Aug. 31, 2023 and Sept. 1, 2023.
The “best when used by date” is located on the bottom of the container.
If you have any product that matches the above description, do not use it, and return it to your local Costco for a full refund.
Contact KraftHeinz Consumer Relations at 855-713-9237 if you have any issues or concerns.
