The Rent Guidelines Board voted on a preliminary plan to raise rents in rent-stabilized buildings, and everyone from tenants to lawmakers is voicing their opinions on the matter.  
News 12’s Phil Taitt sat down with Council Member Chi Osse on the hot-button issue, and he believes hefty rent raises could pose issues not only to tenants, but to all New Yorkers.
