COVID-19 vaccine clinics for 12-15-year-olds held today

Several clinics in Connecticut will begin vaccinating 12 to 15-year-olds today for COVID-19.
The Bigelow Center for Senior Activities on 100 Mona Terrace in Fairfield will hold a clinic tonight from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Bridgeport's Central High School at 1 Lincoln Blvd. will hold a clinic from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
No appointments are needed.
The Lord & Taylor parking lot at 110 High Ridge Road will also hold a clinic today from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Danbury Fair Mall at 7 Backus Ave. in Danbury will hold a clinic from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for 12 to 15-year-olds.
The Pfizer vaccine is the only vaccine approved for the 12 to 15-year-old age group as well as for 16 and 17-year-olds.
Kids who wish to get vaccinated must have a parent or guardian with them or bring a consent form.
In addition to these clinics, a number of CVS and Rite Aid pharmacies will start vaccinating 12 to 15-year-olds.
