Crews worked to battle flames in Parkchester this morning, after a fire broke out at a three-story building.
The flames erupted around 2:46 a.m. at the building on Castle Hill Avenue and Starling Avenue.
Crews says the entire third floor is severely damaged.
About 60 firefighters reported to the location and had the fire under control quickly after arriving. Officials say it took their crews less than 30 minutes to extinguish and clear the top floor.
Fire crews have since cleared the areas, but the Red Cross is still on standby.
No injuries have been reported.
Fire marshals have not commented on a cause as it remains under investigation.
