5h agoCrews responded Sunday to an early morning fire and several explosions in Croton-on-Hudson.
The flames quickly spread from one trail to five construction trailers at the Metro-North Croton-Harmon Yards.
Official say a van, cabinets full of flammable liquid, and steel storage containers loaded with combustibles also caught fire.
Multiple fire departments battled the blaze and the multiple explosions in below-freezing temperatures.
They were able to bring everything under control and clear the scene in four hours.
