For years seniors, outside the Albany houses in Crown Heights have been asking for one thing: Safety.

This group reached out to News 12 because across from the Albany Houses is their senior center. Missing between the two? Crosswalk.

In November, News 12 Julia Joseph took a trip over to Albany Avenue in Prospect Place to see for herself. She indeed witnessed dangerous traffic patterns with no crosswalk at the describes location.

News 12's previous coverage of this problem aired on Nov. 19. Less than two weeks later, the seniors contacted News 12 that a crosswalk had appeared.
