A suspended employee of the Bronx District Attorney's Office who says she's been put on leave for her relationship with an NYPD detective is accusing assistant district attorneys of having sex in the workplace and drinking on the job.

Crystal Rivera has worked there as a crime analyst for 11 years. Prosecutors are investigating her boyfriend, Detective David Terrell, for accusations of police misconduct, harassment, brutality and making false arrests.

Rivera says her colleagues are targeting her to get to him. She says she's planning to file a First Amendment lawsuit.

The Sergeants Benevolent Association is also accusing the DA's office of malfeasance.

In a tweet, the police sergeants union called Darcel Clark's office "incompetent and unethical." The SBA also said it would boycott Clark's planned March 6 meeting on crime and criminal justice reform in the Bronx. 

The Bronx DA and police officials subsequently postponed the meeting, but News 12 is told that had nothing to do with Rivera's allegations.

Recently, Clark's team unsuccessfully prosecuted another SBA member, Sgt. Hugh Barry. He was acquitted earlier this month in connection with the death of Deborah Danner, a mentally ill woman shot and killed in her own apartment.

For her part, Clark says she has "unshakable" faith in her staff."We will stay the course to serve the people of the Bronx by pursuing justice with integrity," she said in a statement. "It would not be appropriate to comment on an investigation or a personal matter."
