Time is ticking if you plan to participate in the upcoming November elections and still haven't registered.
According to the New York Board of Elections, mail-in registration forms must be post-marked by midnight this Friday, Oct. 10 and received no later than Oct. 15.
You can also still register in person at county board of elections or state agency offices.
