9ds agoAn iconic car from the 1980s was found in good condition with less than 1,000 miles on it.
A 1981 DeLorean – made famous in the “Back to the Future” films – was found in an Illinois barn with only 977 miles on it.
The 42-year-old vehicle still had all its original parts.
Michael McElhattan, of the restoration company DeLorean Midwest, just purchased the vehicle from the previous owners. McElhattan says he is hopeful he can restore the car back to its glory days.
