A mom-and-pop monument business that’s been in the Bronx since 1938 is now struggling to stay afloat.
This comes after an industry-wide shortage in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. Saying goodbye to a loved one is never easy, but they say it’s even harder when you have to wait to properly bury them with a headstone or monument.
They say the company has been waiting for months on shipments of rubber stencils from their supplier.
