Some Bronx residents say double parking is a problem on Williamsbridge Road. Residents and drivers in the area say the congestion is so bad it feels like they are driving in rush hour traffic all the time. In order to address the problem, Community Board 11, the NYPD and the Department of Transportation have decided to begin ticketing and towing double-parked cars beginning June 12.
