It's a humid, hazy start to the day with temperatures quickly climbing into the 80s. Rain is not expected until the afternoon.
This Afternoon & Evening
Mostly cloudy with slow moving thunderstorms expected. A few storms will contain heavy rain, gusty wind, small hail, and frequent lightning. Be aware of any warnings.
Sunday
Rain is likely in the morning, tapering off after noon. Some sunshine returns for the evening. Cooler. Highs in the mid 70s.
Next Week
We're back to spectacular September weather for Monday and Tuesday. Expect sunshine, low humidity, and temperatures that are in the 50s to start and the 70s in the afternoon.
A few clouds and an isolated shower is possible Wednesday. Temperatures will warm to near 80F on Thursday, but in general most of the week will be below average with highs in the low to mid 70s and morning lows in the low to mid 50s.
No significant rain is expected.
