A rash of potholes have reopened on a West Farms street that city workers repaired just last year.
The city last filled them in on East 178th Street in West Farms after a News 12 report on the hazardous roadway.
But they're back and causing residents to stumble across the street.
One resident, who uses a walker, reports having fallen twice, resulting in a face injury and broken glasses.
Even a mailman carrying a full load struggled to navigate the crumbling asphalt.
Neighbors have notified 311 about the problems and are hoping for another fix.
