Forensic engineers with the city's Department of Buildings continued its investigation on Tuesday.

A partial vacate order was issued for the outdoor parking lot at 3000 Ocean Pkwy.

This comes after a loose solar panel fell from its mount and struck a 76-year-old woman Sunday in Brighton Beach.

According to police, she later died at Lutheran Medical Center. The woman has been identified as Lyudmila Braun.

Police say it happened at Ocean Parkway and Brighton Beach Avenue around 10:30 a.m.
