A viral video showing runoff entering the Hutchinson River prompted an EPA investigation.
The EPA confirmed the discharge came from an SRM Concrete facility.
Inspectors, along with NYSDEC, cited the facility for violations.
An order was issued requiring corrective actions to stop further pollution.
SRM Concrete told News 12 it immediately contained the situation, and, in a statement, they said, "We will continue working closely with federal, local and state agencies to ensure full compliance. We remain committed to complying with all regulations and continuously improving our efforts to reduce our environmental footprint company-wide."
