Bronx shoppers are flocking to the Internet for Cyber Monday sales following Black Friday, but experts warn - buyer beware.
According to Consumer Reports, people should follow some basic rules while hunting down deals on the Web. Some tips include never shopping at Web sites that have not been rated by agencies like the Better Business Bureau. Residents are also urged to look for secure browsers with a padlock symbol and print out receipts after making a purchase.
