? Hundreds of the faithful from a Tremont church re-enacted the crucifixion of Jesus on Good Friday.

Saint Joseph?s Church members walked around the church and staged the crucifixion. Member Eugene Acevado says the annual event brings him closer to his faith and shows others how to carry on Christian traditions. Easter Sunday marks the resurrection of Jesus.

Organizers say the rain slightly diminished the turnout this year, but it was still a success.
