It means a lot to us. Actually, we actually serve the local community and we are more, you know, focused on building relationships with the customers, you know, so it's a very like a family oriented kind of environment that we create here. Yes. And you know, we were just talking about that how, you know, pharmacies are that kind of staple for the community like that here for Bronx residents. Yes, of course. Actually, um you know, we as an independent pharmacy, we have more time, we have uh you know, the more patience with our customers. So it helps us drive more, you know, customers to us. It gives us that personal interpersonal communication that we can, you know, do with these customers. And it means a lot to the community it means a lot to our, you know, our customers, our patients look at that a local staple here in the Marble Hill community. Yeah, guys, I'm here at Sugar Girl Bakery. Look at this set up, just the colors. Everything looks so delicious. Take a look at these cakes. Now, I'm here with owner Gladys, Gladys. We're taking a look at these designs but you're telling me these cakes that we see on this is a daily thing. Yes, these are always ready Monday through Sunday. I have different designs. Um If you wanna come in same day and order something, what you have to do is give me 15 to 20 minutes and I'll be able to knock up whatever design you would like. And we're here from nine in the morning, 9 p.m. and that's amazing. And even like the detail, you guys just plan this ahead of time right before customers come in. Yes, definitely. We put all our love into it, you know, to give a little smile to the community. I love that. And if Bronx sites wanna place an order because girl that set up is amazing. Where can they go? Well, we have a big selection of pizza. Um, normally the most popular one is the plain, but uh my customers are big fans of the Buffalo chicken, bacon Ranch chicken Parmesan as well. Margarita all do in the corner over there with the beautiful basil. Um, that looks delicious and you know, we were just talking about serving the community. So how does it feel to just have, you know, those ongoing customers? Well, everybody is great. Uh I've been here for about a year and a half and uh everybody's been absolutely like family. They've been treating me and they're very grateful we're open until two in the morning. 2 a.m. that late night snack, it comes in handy. She's been there all day and right now Ellie is back at Sugar Girl Bakery, Ellie. Yeah, we are still here at Sugar Girl Bakery. But as you can see, it looks a little different because we are behind the scenes, Gladys and you're gonna walk me through. This is my favorite question of the day. What goes behind making a cake? There's a lot of things that go behind making a cake. This right here we're making a carrot cake. So they already mixed all and this gets ready right now to go in the oven for about 45 minutes to an hour. Then after that said we set it off to chill so we can uh so we can start preparing it and uh get ready to send out and then it's just this beautiful masterpiece photo Jose. He's gonna show you what that looks like. So this is what it looks like after. This is the amazing magic, but this is what it looks like when it chills, right? This is what it looks like after it chills that they start putting the uh cream cheese icing inside. Perfect. And then look at this beauty. This is actually one of my faves you guys.
