Several people are displaced after a three-alarm fire ripped through an apartment building in Longwood Thursday.
Fire officials say 10 apartments at 9-55 E. 163rd St. were damaged during the blaze. They say 15 to 20 people have been displaced from their homes.
One tenant told News 12 that her now-damaged apartment had been recently renovated.
Officials say the Red Cross is working with one displaced family to help them receive emergency housing.
Fire officials say they investigating the cause of the fire.
