The FBI issued a wanted poster Wednesday showing a surveillance image of two men wanted for questioning in the discovery of an explosive device found on 27th Street in New York on Sept. 17.
According to the FBI, the men found a suitcase on 27th Street, opened it up and removed the explosive device before taking the suitcase and discarding the explosive onto the ground.
A surveillance image shows the two men walking on West 27th Street between 6th and 7th avenues in Manhattan between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Sept. 17, in the same hour that an explosive device detonated on West 23rd Street, the poster reads. 
The poster states that the FBI is interested in speaking to the men and recovering the luggage.
