Health officials say a prescription drug recall has been issued after the wrong drug ended up in ADHD and narcolepsy pill bottles.

Azurity Pharmaceuticals issued the recall after some of its Zenzedi tablets had an antihistamine mixed in the package.

Zenzedi is a stimulant used for ADHD treatment, the other is a sedative with the opposite effect.

Taking the antihistamine instead of Zenzedi could cause drowsiness, which could put patients at risk of getting into an accident or hurting themselves.
