FDA approves 1st at-home flu/COVID-19 test kit

The FDA says the accuracy for flu samples are higher than 90%.

Americans can soon swab their nose to test for both COVID-19 and the flu at home.
The Food and Drug Administration has approved the first home test that can differentiate between influenza A, influenza B and COVID-19.
The FDA says the accuracy for flu samples are higher than 90%.
For COVID-19 samples, it is higher than 88%.
The kit will be sold over the counter, but there is no word on a cost.
