18h agoOne person was injured Saturday morning in a fire at a three-story Brownsville apartment building.
Authorities say the fire was on the first floor of the apartment. Chester Street was closed as firefighters responded to the scene.
The FDNY says the victim was seriously hurt but they are expected to survive.
