Fire officials say one person has been injured following a high-rise apartment building fire in Kingsbridge Heights.

According to authorities, firefighters responded to a fire at around 6:30 p.m. Thursday at a building on Orloff Avenue.

It took about 60 fire and EMS personnel to get the fire under control.

One person was injured and treated at the scene.
