A fire broke out in East Flatbush on E. 46th Street around 11 a.m. Monday morning, according to the FDNY.

A fire broke out in East Flatbush on E. 46th Street around 11 a.m. Monday morning, according to the FDNY.
More than 100 emergency personnel responded to the scene. The heavy smoke impacting neighboring houses as well.
The homeowners say they were out of town when the fire broke out. They say the building also caught fire back in 2017.
