Firefighters respond to basement fire in Kingsbridge
2h agoNeighbors say a fire that injured two people in Brooklyn was intentionally set following a domestic dispute.
Police have a 32-year-old man in custody who they say set a mattress on fire at an apartment on East 98th Street.
The fire destroyed several apartments on the first floor and spread to the second floor before it was put out.
No injuries were reported.
