A house fire left three people hurt Sunday in Williamsbridge, according to officials.
Authorities say the flames broke out on the third floor of the three-story building at 3320 Paulding Ave.
"I saw smoke come from down the block. I saw three houses on fire." said an eyewitness.
One civilian and two firefighters were hospitalized with minor injuries.
"The fire extended into the attic area, which required us to cut the roof extensively to expose the fire and extinguish it," said FDNY officials.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
