FDNY: 1 firefighter hospitalized following building fire in Morris Park
26ds agoFirefighters responded to an overnight fire at an apartment in Tremont.
Fire officials responded to East 176th Street at around 10 p.m. for a fire on the 5th floor of a 5-story building. About 60 firefighters and EMS workers were able to place the fire under control within an hour.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
