Single-ride ferry tickets will now cost riders $4 a ride, which is up from the previous price of $2.75.
For those that take the ferry often, a 10-trip bundle can be bought at $27.50.
The $1 dollar bike fee has been eliminated since officials are hoping it will help encourage people to use more environmentally sustainable options for getting around.
The ferry has also extended its discount program and will now offer a one-way ticket for seniors, those with disabilities and those who qualify for the NYC Fair Fares Program for $1.35.
