It’s the third building for the global flooring company's
world headquarters and now one of Norwalk's highest points.
CEO Harlan Stone says the building is environmentally
friendly, saying that its net-zero carbon while creating its own electricity.
The building will be used to create new products and house
living spaces for people who come to work on projects.
