Firefighters respond to basement fire in Kingsbridge
2h agoFire officials say nine people were injured in an incident in East Flatbush Sunday.
They say it happened at the NYPD's 63 Precinct located at 1844 Brooklyn Ave.
Sources tell News 12 that the people were hurt after a person in custody became violent, and at some point, pepper spray was deployed.
Those involved were all taken to nearby hospitals with what sources say were very minor injuries, and are all expected to be OK.
