Fire risks prompt General Motors to issue 2nd recall of Chevy Bolt electric vehicles
General Motors has issued a second recall of its 2017-2019 Chevy Bolt electric vehicles due to fire risks. A second "rare manufacturing defect" identified in the cars increases the risk of fire.
