A fire tore through several businesses early Saturday in Kingsbridge Heights, officials say.
More than a dozen firefighters responded to the scene near Fordham Road and Jerome Avenue at around 1 a.m.
The FDNY worked to put out the fire near the 4 train stop on Jerome Avenue and around the corner on Fordham Road on the roof of Portabella Clothing Store.
El Valle Restaurant sustained damages and is now boarded up.
It appears that no one was injured, but News 12 is waiting on fire officials to confirm that.
There is no word yet on what caused the fire.
