The four-day event showcases the talents of many world-renowned chefs alongside wine and spirits producers.
Friday’s event is Peroni’s Taste of Italy, which allows those in attendance to taste some Little Italy classic alongside the best Italian restaurants in New York City.
News 12’s Phil Taitt spoke with some of the chefs and attendees about the event’s roots and the amazing food.
