Residents at 2654 Valentine Ave. say the entryway is filled with loiterers and drug use.

Exclusive surveillance video obtained by News 12 captured multiple people using drugs and people unconscious.

Multiple tenants with young children said this has been an ongoing issue for years.

"They make noise any time. They smoke, they're just drunk... they do crack," said one tenant, who wanted to remain anonymous.

Video shows one woman getting her mail in the lobby, shielding her daughter from unconscious men laying around the lobby.

One woman said she has seen as many as 10 people loitering outside of her door.

Residents said they are constantly in fear.

News 12 reached out to the buildings management company, but has not yet heard back.
