Frustrated NYC commuters face delays, Ida impact halts subway trains
Many commuters were left frustrated Thursday as their means for transportation were put on halt due to the impacts of Ida's remnants.
Gov. Kathy Hochul gave an update late Thursday saying the New York City subway system was operating with partial suspensions and systemwide delays.
Riders were being advised of significant delays due to Ida's historic rainfall.
NYC Buses were back to near-normal service, although with detours in effect.
