Greek Festival returns to Port Washington for a weekend of food, music, and fun

Get ready for a weekend filled with Greek food, music, dancing and family fun. The Greek Festival on the Harbor is returning to Port Washington, bringing four days of food, entertainment and activities to North Hempstead Beach Park.
The annual celebration runs Thursday, Sept. 24 through Sunday, Sept. 27, giving visitors several chances to stop by and enjoy the festivities. Food is a major part of the celebration, with a variety of traditional Greek dishes and desserts available throughout the weekend. There is live music and carnival rides for the kids. families can watch traditional Greek dancing and browse vendors.
Festival hours:
Thursday, Sept. 24: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 25: 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 26: noon to 11 p.m.
Sunday, Sept. 27: noon to 8 p.m.
