Amid significant ebbs and flows in the real estate market, Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors released their Third Quarter Real Estate Sales Report Tuesday.
They report consistent buyer demand even given the lower inventory and high inflation rates.
Real Estate broker Leah Caro says inventory continues to decline, as does the number of sales.
Still, Caro says that while it's a seller's market, there is demand from buyers.
The report shows that the average price for a single-family home in Westchester is $872,500.
