The remnants of Hurricane Idea wreaked havoc across New York City overnight, toppling trees and causing widespread flooding.

The remnants of Hurricane Idea wreaked havoc across New York City overnight, toppling trees and causing widespread flooding.
On I-95 near exit 13, a tree came down, narrowly missing some cars. Some drivers jumped into action to try and help clear the tree out of the roadway.
Officials are reminding drivers to be on high alert for trees or debris in roads. Downed trees can be reported to 311.
The Department of Parks and Recreation will be cleaning up damage from the storm as fast as possible.
