The event was canceled last
year, and now, many
local restaurants are pushing through a pandemic-related labor shortage.
But owners are glad the
event is making a comeback.
"It's a struggle, I
mean it's a struggle as far as finding people to work in the kitchen,” says Marc
Marchesani, co-owner of Blackjack Mulligan's Public House. “But it's good,
though. It's getting people in. It helps big time. It helps big time just to
highlight our business."
